Cien y Pico Doble Pasta is Garnacha Tintorera vinified traditionally with some new French oak.
Colour: Deep cherry red with a violet edge that perfectly reveals its youth.
Nose: Raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry are perfectly combined. Once aired, there are mineral notes from the high altitude with its chalky soil, which make it even more complex.
Mouth: It is big in the mouth, meaty with a touch of acidity.
Accompany with: cured Iberian meats, grilled meat, lamb and roast piglet. With its fresh mature quality it goes perfectly with oily fish such as salmon or turbot.
Tasting tips: We recommend that it is decanted 30 minutes before serving.

Once opened it is best consumed on the same day or it should be resealed with vacuum stopper and stored in the fridge.
