Wine with the Jumilla Denominación de Origen, this wine making region is known for well structured wines thanks to it growing conditions and favourable climate. Its wines have have a deep, dark colour with berry and cherry flavours.

TASTING:

Colour: Captivating deep cherry red colour with violet edges, exuberant and elegant o picota profundo con ribetes violáceos, exuberante pero al mismo tiempo elegante.

Nose: Fruit, aromatic herbs such as lavender, hints of strawberry and blackberry, all nicely mature but without losing its freshness. It has youthful, almost springlike, fruit which delights the nose and a very attractive mineral background.

Mouth: It is full, sinuous, bold, juicy with a nice acidity and a lot of fruit. Its tannin is complex and soft at the same time.

Accompany with: Cured Iberian meats, grilled meats, roast lamb and suckling pig. With its mature and fresh qualities it combines well with oily fish.

Ideal with all types of cheese.
