The quality of wines with the Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero is recognized by both national and international specialists as well as by consumers.

Dominio de Bastoncillos is made with organic grapes, grown with no herbicides or systemic phytosanitary products and only organic plant food.

Colour: Deep cherry red with a violet edge that perfectly reveals its youth.

Nose: The aromas of mature Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) are the first to appear. Raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry are perfectly combined with the fine, elegant wood (vanilla, liquorice, coffee). Once aired, there are mineral notes from the high altitude with its chalky soil, which make it even more complex.

Mouth: It surprises us with its exceptional gentleness. It is big in the mouth, meaty with a touch of acidity.

Accompany with: cured Iberian meats, grilled meat, lamb and roast piglet. With its fresh mature quality it goes perfectly with oily fish such as salmon or turbot.

Tasting tips: We recommend that it is decanted 30 minutes before serving.
