The quality of the Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero has been recognised by national and international specialists as well as by consumers.

TASTING NOTES:

Colour: Cherry red with mauve tones leading to purple edges. Bright and clean.

Nose: Very intense and long lasting, fruit dominates over wood. Blackberries and cloves, which are characteristic of the region .

Mouth: Sweet tannins predominate with a multitude of nuances and spices, fruit plays an important role. The mouth is filled with perfumes.

Accompany with: The Mediterranean diet, cured Iberian meats, grilled meat, lamb and roast piglet,. With its fresh mature quality it goes perfectly with oily fish such as salmon or turbot.

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:

Keep in a cool place -  16 to 18ºC, dry place out of direct sunlight 

Once opened it is best consumed on the same day or it should be resealed with vacuum stopper and stored in the fridge.
