Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas, from the Val do Sanes, Galicia. This is a world famous Galician wine. It is a smooth wine and is usually accompanied by fish or seafood.
Colour: Straw yellow with a greyish edge, clean and bright.
Nose: Medium-high intensity, very fresh, fruity (apple, grapefruit) with elegant herbal notes, the different grape varieties contribute their own unique nuances.
Mouth: It is complex, smooth and delicate due to the mix of varieties; it is full flavoured, expressive and characterful. There are mineral notes with well balanced acidity. The after taste features notes reminiscent of the different varieties used in its making.
